Four signals, not one
Most tools rank a transcript with a language model and stop there. We also read the audio for reaction and emphasis, the video for what is actually happening on screen, and the structure of the sentence itself.
Every clipping tool hands you a pile and calls it output. Then you spend an afternoon finding the three that are usable. Klipara does the finding.
The argument
A tool that returns twenty clips and three good ones has not saved you an afternoon — it has moved the work from editing to sorting. So we built the part everyone skipped: deciding what not to give you.
Selection

Stands alone
A moment can be brilliant in context and meaningless out of it. We check whether a clip resolves its own references before we hand it to you — and if it does not, we extend the cut backwards until it does.
Boundaries
Cuts snap to breath, silence and clause boundaries using word-level timing. If the nearest clean boundary sits outside the ideal window, the clip gets longer. A clip a second and a half longer than perfect beats one that starts mid-syllable.
The bar
If four moments clear the bar, you get four. We never pad to a round number, and a source that yields nothing will say so plainly and cost you nothing.
“Extended 6s back so ‘that’ resolves to the acquisition he mentions just before.”
What Klipara tells you when it repairs a clip. Every choice is shown, in words, next to the clip it changed.
The bill
Everyone else bills you per minute of source video. A ninety-minute podcast costs the same whether it produced three good clips or none — you pay for the tool’s misses. Upload, analyse, watch and discard as much as you like here; you spend something only when you decide a clip is worth posting. If you export one and regret it within a day, tell us and it goes back.
Planned pricing
A free tier gives you the full analysis and watermarked previews of every candidate, so you can judge the quality before paying anything. These prices are set but not yet live.

Where this is up to
Klipara is not finished. The selection engine, the cutting, the captions, the renderer, scheduling and publishing are built and tested. Transcription is the piece still being connected, and until it is, nothing can go all the way through. We would rather say that than take your card for something that cannot process a video. Leave an address and we will tell you when it can.
